Workshops
- 2008 Instructor
The 2008 Instructor Workshop is now available on
the
E Department Library. The workshop is required for all
Instructors for 2008. A qualified Instructor or Member Trainer
may implement this Workshop at any level. The length of
the Workshop should require 30 - 35 minutes for presentation.

- 2008 VE & PV
The US Coast Guard Auxiliary National V Department has released
the 2008 VE and
PV Workshops. The workshops for 2008 are not mandatory
but units are encouraged to hold the workshops to better
the knowledge of their Vessel Examiners and Program Visitors.
The workshops are also available on CD from ANSC as, "V
Department 2008 Workshop CD - ANSC 2001A".

- 2008 TCT Refresher
The 2008 TCT one hour required refresher session has been
released. This annual requirement for operations personnel
includes the 2008
TCT PowerPoint Presentation (PPS: 500 KB / 30 slides),
2008
TCT Facilitator Resource (PDF: 330 KB / 10 pages) and
the 2008
TCT Participant Reference (PDF: 160 KB / 5 pages). This
one hour refresher session emphasizes crew problem solving
and the seven key components of Team Coordination Training
(TCT).

- 2008 Operations workshop
The voluntary 2008 Operations Workshop is now available.
Intended to provide guidance for Districts, Divisions, and
Flotillas to update their members on Operations programs
for 2008, the workshop is presented in two parts, the Operations
Workshop 2008 Facilitator Slide Notes (PDF: 181 KB /
7 pages) and the 2008
Operations Workshop PowerPoint Slides (MS PowerPoint:
500 KB / 30 slides). A Team Coordination Training (TCT)
refresher course, required in 2008, will be released at
a later date.
